Upon arrival in Odisha, we immediately immerse you in the region's ancient history. Before settling into Puri, we explore the highlights of Bhubaneswar (the Temple City). Marvel at the 11th-century architecture of the Lingaraj Temple and explore the ancient rock-cut caves of Khandagiri & Udayagiri. We will visit the famous Nandankanan Zoological Park, renowned for its white tigers, and pay respects at the Dhauligiri Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist peace pagoda located on a historic battlefield. After a day of discovery, we drive to the coastal town of Puri for an overnight stay

Wake up to the divine aura of Puri. The morning is dedicated to the holy Lord Jagannath Temple, one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites. Afterward, we embark on an excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Konark, famous for its colossal Sun Temple, an architectural masterpiece designed as a chariot. Visit the informative Konark Interpretation Centre to understand the history behind the stones. Before returning, witness the serenity of Chandrabhaga Beach and visit the
Ramachandi Temple. You will return to Puri for a peaceful overnight stay

Kolkata After a hearty breakfast, we drive to Chilika Lake, Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon, a haven for migratory birds and playful dolphins. Nearby, we visit the Alarnath Temple, a significant spiritual spot where devotees worship during the 'Anavasara' period of Lord Jagannath. We also pay homage at the Omkareshwar and local Jagannath Temples. As the sun sets on your Odisha adventure, we proceed to the railway station to board your overnight train to the vibrant city of Kolkata.

Welcome to Kolkata, the cultural capital of India. After freshening up at your hotel, dive into the city's rich heritage. We begin with blessings at the iconic Kalighat Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. The tour continues to the stunning white marble Birla Temple and the historic local Catholic Church. The highlight of the day is a visit to the majestic Victoria Memorial Hall, a symbol of the British Raj and an architectural gem. Enjoy the evening in the city before retiring for the night.

Today is dedicated to a profound spiritual excursion to Gangasagar Island, situated at the confluence of the Holy Ganga and the Bay of Bengal. This is the second most sacred congregation of mankind after the Kumbh Mela. Take a holy dip and offer prayers at the Kapil Muni Ashram, soaking in the mystical atmosphere of this revered pilgrimage site. After a spiritually fulfilling day, we return to
Kolkata for an overnight stay.

On your final day, check out from your hotel and explore the remaining jewels of Bengal. Visit the Indian Museum, one of the oldest in the world, and marvel at the engineering iconic Howrah Bridge. We then head north to the spiritual twin centers on the banks of the Hooghly River: the Dakshineshwar Kali Temple and Belur Math, the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Mission. With a heart full of blessings and memories of heritage, you will be dropped at the Airport or Railway Station
for your journey home.
